Apartments

Deluxe Apartment (70 m²): The largest apartment has its own terrace with direct access to the relaxation area. It offers two double bedrooms with a double bed (one with the possibility of an extra bed) and a living room with a sofa bed, LCD TV/SAT and radio. There is a bathroom with a shower, 2 sinks, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, dishes).

Comfort Apartment (52 m²): A pleasant apartment with a view of the western panoramas. Here you will find two double bedrooms with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed. The fully equipped kitchen (ceramic four-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle) also has a pull-out bed and LCD TV/SAT. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Comfort Plus Apartment (52 m²): The same richly equipped apartment as the Comfort type, oriented to the sunny east side. It offers two bedrooms with extra beds, a fully equipped kitchen area with a pull-out double bed and LCD TV, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Julia Apartment (70 m²): A unique duplex apartment with a balcony. On the ground floor you will be greeted by an entrance hall with hangers and a shoe shelf, from where wooden stairs lead to the first floor. It consists of two comfortable bedrooms - each with a double bed, a comfortable sofa with a coffee table and LCD TV/SAT. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet and a practical washing machine.

Studios

Studio Deluxe (30 m²): The most luxurious and spacious studio. It will charm you with its own terrace with a seating area and direct view and access to the garden. It is equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, LCD TV/SAT and a luxurious kitchen unit (ceramic double hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle). The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet.

Studio Comfort (20 m²): Exclusively furnished studio with a double bed and LCD TV/SAT. It offers a fully equipped kitchenette (double hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A great benefit is the terrace with a seating area and direct access to the garden.

Studio Standard (20 m²): Stylish space with a hall, a comfortable double bed and LCD TV/SAT. It has a separate mini kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes) and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and two sinks.
